Manufacturers of equipment and buildings that supply and control power must assure that they do not fail even under extreme conditions. Air conditioners constitute a small part of the cost of your equipment, yet cause expensive problems if they fail.

Aero Conditioner Company designs and builds air conditioners specifically to minimize problems, and to assure that if they occur users can repair them without waiting for special parts.

When the operation of your products — switchgear, control rooms, MCCs — control and enable your customers' business, security and communications, you can not allow dusty, hot (or cold), corrosive or other harsh conditions to hamper their functioning! If your customers can not rely on your systems and equipment to sustain their business, they suffer great harm and you, as the manufacturer, may have expensive callbacks for warranty repairs and service.

Aero Conditioner Company designs and builds durable industrial HVAC equipment specifically to protect buildings, controls and communications installed in rough industrial, marine and military environments, and we can help assure your success even under severe conditions.

I. High Ambient Temperatures

Aero Conditioner Company designs all its air conditioners and related equipment for heat and high altitudes. In fact, it rates the capacity of its air conditioners at 131°F (55°C), not the normal rating temperatures of 95°F (35°C) used by most manufacturers. Since Aero Conditioner Company’s patented design assures that air conditioners will maintain their full cooling capacities at lower temperatures without fan speed or other active controls, we assure that units can deliver the promised cooling throughout the year in your facilities.

Since Aero Conditioner Company equipment is usually used for cooling applications and not people, all Aero Conditioner Company thermostats can be adjusted to high temperatures. Therefore, if your control room or electrical sub-station merely needs to be cooled down to 95°F (35°C) — or even 10°°F (41°C)! Aero Conditioner Company lets you do that, thereby saving extra energy and reducing the wear on the air conditioners.

II. Easy Maintenance and Repairs Without Special Spare Parts

Aero Conditioner Company makes a special effort to design its products with as few proprietary parts as possible so that the user can obtain replacements — or adequate substitutes — locally. Therefore, we eliminate electronic parts not just to minimize vulnerability to electrical problems, but also to assure that our mechanical parts can be replaced as easily and quickly as possible. Using mechanical controls also helps eliminate the need for specially-trained technicians to service our equipment.

III. Nuclear Power Plants

Aero Conditioner Company offers specially-made units that can operate safely in the presence of radioactivity without the use of such radioactivity-absorbing materials as aluminum and PVC; the standard cabinet is 316L stainless steel. We design these units for applications on cranes, in control-rooms and as back-up systems that can function well in high-ambient temperatures.

Since Aero Conditioner Company designs its units specifically for durability and operations under extreme conditions, they retain their energy efficiency under such conditions. Aero Conditioner Company air conditioners are the “greenest” under harsh conditions.

Reminder about “Explosion-Proofing”:

Even when Aero Conditioner Company adapts its units for flammable and explosive environments, they retain all their other harsh-duty advantages and durability. Therefore, they afford a far better return on investment than do residential or commercial units modified for hazardous locations. In addition, Aero Conditioner Company makes a special priority the development and production of robust Division/Zone 1 air conditioners, with and without heat.
